Beware Of False Satisfaction
The Pharisees and Scribes considered themselves as very important personalities. The public respected and honored them, greatly. They were considered as saints. But when Jesus came, he made it clear that the Pharisees and Scribes were wide off the mark. They were hypocrites deceiving themselves and misleading the ignorant masses.
Similarily, the Israelites called themselves children of Abraham. They thought that the kingdom of God was for them alone. Therefore, they called outsiders ‘Gentiles’ and refused to associate with people of other nations. But on the day God visited them, the Israelites did not recognize the God of their boastings. They were people of God in flesh, and did not do anything to qualify themselves as people of God in spirit. That was why on the day Jesus entered Jerusalem, He prophesied woes (deadly curses) on them instead of showering blessings on them.

It is not enough to worship God.
You must worship Him to know Him,
and know Him to worship Him.
Knowledge is more important
than believing.
And experience is better and greater
than knowledge and belief.
It is quite disappointing
that people only believe,
and make no efforts to know and experience the Truth.
That is a tragedy, for many believe what is false.
Thereby, delaying their own spiritual growth,
and misleading others.

So it is with most churches today. Each considers its members as children of God, worthy to enter the kingdom of God. But in spirit and in truth, they are not yet worthy to enter the kingdom. How can they claim to have reached the destination, when indeed they have not started the journey? Worst still, they know neither the destination nor the route.
Every body must by pass his religion to seek and know the truth, or use his religion as springboard to find and know the truth. It is quite disappointing that majority of ministers of God are not spiritually enlightened. All must return to the study of Spiritual Science. All must start from scratch to re-learn. In truth, most of the churches that claim to be the best are indeed the worst.
If they claim to be the best, ask them, “Why are you not the first?” And if they claim to be the first, then ask them, “Then, why are you not the last?” only Truth is the first and the last. Whoever that knows the Truth remains the first, even though he is the last. As well, he remains the last, even though he is the first. Search for the Truth, and not all these man-made religions, which are often confusing and contradictory.
